About Edward

Ed is a former teacher with a Master’s degree, a devoted husband, father of two, and grandfather of two. He understands firsthand what families need to feel safe, secure, and supported.

Though he and his wife could have lived anywhere, they chose Seagoville for its peace, strong values, and close-knit community.

Ed believes in protecting that character while planning wisely for the future.

Ed's Leadership Protects

In 2023, residents learned that high-density apartments had been approved in 2022 on property across from Seagoville North Elementary. Many neighbors were concerned about safety, transparency, and how decisions were being made.

Rather than stay silent, Ed stepped forward.

He helped organize the Seagoville Residents Association and now proudly serves as its President. Working together, residents advocated for accountability and lawful governance — resulting in the repeal of four ordinances in February 2026.

This was never about politics.

It was about protecting children, neighborhoods, and restoring trust in city government.

As Your City Council Representative, Ed Will:
